Hello people! Yeah here I am again, halfway through June and just getting started with the beginning of June. So sorry. I find it hard to be consistent – don’t know why. Life just gets busy and I get focused on certain things. What are those things right now? Main thing is exercise. My mountain hiking trip will be here before I know it. September 6. I want to be ready. So I’m focused on training. Usually at least 1 hour a day. Sometimes 1 hr in morning. One hour in the evening. Also learning Spanish through Duo Lingo. It’s fun but takes effort and consistency. So I just find I can’t be consistent in everything I guess.
