Heal your lame feet

I’m missing everyone meaningful in my life right now. Being quarantined from my friends has me feeling a little lonely. And of course I’m really missing going to church.

Anyway, our pastor, Bro Hyatt is doing a great job video conferencing us in together and feeding us with the Word. Just want to share some with you from last Sun morning.

Hebrews 12:12-14

Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Let’s not be discouraged but concentrate on Keeping our feet on straight paths. If you have a lame foot,(imperfections, faults, horrible habits etc.) now is the time to work on those things. In fact don’t work on them but do your best to heal them. One definition of heal is: to cause (an undesirable condition) to be overcome. So heal them. Get rid of that imperfection forever. Use this extra time, with no place to go, to make your feet whole.
I want straight paths for my feet. Don’t you?
